We accept Trade Me ping payments or bank deposit on all purchases. Afterpay is available as an option on some Trade Me listings as well. Afterpay will be in the payment options when available.

We do not refund items simply because you have changed your mind. We may be able to swap for another item but please contact us in the first instance to see what options are available.

If an item has arrived and is faulty or not as described, upon receipt of the item back to us, we will either repair it where possible or refund, either way, following the provisions on New Zealand consumer laws.

We will always do our best to resolve any issues in the most fair and equitable way possible. The information in this policy is in addition to, and does not override or attempt to contract out of your rights under NZ Consumer Law which will always take priority.

All purchases under $2000 will be sent out by NZ Courierpost unless otherwise agreed. For purchases over this amount, we will discuss options with you for the safest way to get your purchase to you. We have insured options available to. Items can also be picked up by arrangement in Christchurch. We do not have a retail store for viewing.

NZ Watch Trader is an online only store that provides great brand name products at a great price. All pieces listed are owned by us and are in stock in our Christchurch facility ready for immediate dispatch. Tax invoices are available with every purchase. We are of course a licenced second-hand dealer. Buying from us ensures you have all the consumer rights available that you would not have with a private purchase.

Everything we sell is guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. Everything is also thoroughly checked for correct operation before being listed for sale.

We try to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions. The majority of what we sell are pre-owned pieces and often vintage.
